All fees are for services rendered and are non-refundable once work has begun. Confidentiality of client information is maintained in accordance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to refuse service when appropriate.

Terms and Conditions for Services / Términos y Condiciones de Servicios
Camino Claro Multiservices LLC does not guarantee approval, outcomes, or processing times for any application or petition. Decisions are made solely by government agencies. We are not responsible for delays, denials, requests for evidence, or other actions taken by any agency.
For Notary Services:
Valid government-issued identification is required, and all signers must be physically present at the time of notarization. The notary verifies identity, not the content or legality of documents.
For Translation Services:
Clients are responsible for reviewing all names, dates, and personal details before final acceptance. Minor corrections must be requested promptly.
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Camino Claro Multiservices LLC operates.
Camino Claro Multiservices LLC no garantiza la aprobación, los resultados ni los tiempos de procesamiento de ninguna solicitud o petición. Las decisiones las toman exclusivamente las agencias gubernamentales. No nos responsabilizamos por demoras, delegaciones, solicitudes de pruebas ni otras medidas tomadas por ninguna agencia.
Para Servicios Notariales:
Se requiere una identificación oficial válida, y todos los firmantes deben estar presentes en el momento de la notarización. El notario verifica la identidad, no el contenido ni la legalidad de los documentos.
Para Servicios de Traducción:
Los clientes son responsables de revisar todos los nombres, fechas y datos personales antes de la aceptación final. Las correcciones menores deben solicitarse con prontitud.
Nuestra responsabilidad ante cualquier reclamación relacionada con nuestros servicios se limita al importe pagado por dichos servicios. No nos responsabilizamos de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes.
